Terms & Conditions of the “TSSA Easter 2024 Giveaway!”
- Promoter Information: The promotion is conducted by Total Electrics & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, trading as Total Solar Solutions Australia (ABN 40154819306), located at 1/3 Nicole Close, Bayswater North, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).
- Eligibility: This competition is open only to residents of Victoria, Australia, 18 years and older. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- Competition Period: The competition commences on Wednesday, 20th March 2024 at 9:00 AM AEST and concludes on Thursday, 28th March 2024 at 5:00 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
- Entry Method: To enter, participants must like/follow the TotalSolarSolutionsAustralia page (https://www.facebook.com/TotalSolarSolutionsAustralia), like the promotional post, tag 3 friends, and share the post on their Facebook story. And/or follow @totalsolarsolutionsaus (https://www.instagram.com/totalsolarsolutionsaus/), like the promotional post, tag 3 friends, and share the post on their Instagram story. Participants may enter on both Facebook and Instagram to maximise their chances of winning.
- Prizes: The prize consists of one (1) 4.5KG Toblerone chocolate. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection: A winner will be randomly selected at the Promoter’s premises on 28/03/2023. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted.
