Daniel Made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us over a cuppa, and later any questions we emailed him were answered very promptly. The guys who installed the panels were fantastic, they are a credit to the company, they even replaced some cracked tiles that they found for us, they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

We first contacted Total Solar Solutions after some research on latest Solar Panels. Having installed our first system some 8 years ago. It was refreshing to get quick and professional quote back from Daniel. We are very pleased with the way the install was carried out cleanly with attention to detail, the team was pleasure to work with. The use of the Solar Edge monitoring helps to see our energy usage and will assist with choices on appliances and usage, not to mention upgrade path to future battery storage if necessary. We installed in September 2018 and one of our family just installed as well. Highly recommended worth contacting!

This company actually does what it says it will do and was prepared to treat us respectfully and respond to all questions both prior to an on the day of installation. Reece and his team are probably the best trades team to work at our house. They respected our property, (including the garden), were extremely polite, went about their work efficiently and neatly and cleaned up on completion. There are cheaper systems available, but we were happy for the quality, service and peace of mind we received.

Very professional, well organized, punctual and efficient. We had our panels installed within a week of paying our deposit.. Reece is very patient and helpful in explaining the system and takes obvious pride in delivering a quality service. i would highly recommend them.

From first contact with Daniel and staff at Total Solar , I was blown away by their good service!
I needed my panels installed in a hurry as off to VCAT fighting overshadowing development and they installed before the hearing!
Installation was excellent, every person from admin to the blokes on site were a credit to the company – I now know why they have so many good reviews.
They were the only Solar Company that went to the trouble of examining my site and designing a system to cope with shading issues!
Highly recommend them for quality, value and friendly service which is better than virtually every other company I’ve dealt with!

I give Total Solar 5 stars. Here is why I could not be happier. Our home is not the easiest place to install into and onto and they were able to design a system that hit the nail on the head for us, and they did not complain once.
Their team came right on the time they said they would (2 days in a row) and they were some of the most polite, competent and hard workers I have seen. Clean up after themselves? Hire A Hubby could not have done a better or more thorough job
The system they installed is belting out a decent current too!!!
But to the more serious – from first contact to final installation they have been great. And trustworthy and honest, Daniel came around several times and always returned emails and texts and calls immediately. He is very knowledgeable and organised and can produce the proof. Think about that one. It helped we had a few others there before him and were able to compare lets say “some of the differences in systems and hardware” I could have gone for a cheaper and more generic system. They look attractive on this big ads don’t they? But I would not have had any confidence in that. For good reasons.
Total Solar Solutions provided the best, custom installation to our needs, well priced system, sold and delivered by professionals who actually knew their subject matter backwards, kept their word, turned up on time, had a great attitude and work ethic and left the house spotless.

Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful when describing what was on offer and quoting.
Fitted us in as early as possible in their schedule. Did excellent work in testing conditions (steep wet roof), cleaned up well. They were flexible to our suggestions (and adopted most) about locating the Inverter and where cables could be run. They took care of all the paperwork and other admin (except where privacy laws applied – and they guided us through them). They also provided phone support for an Inverter setting change. The installation possibly could have been a bit cheaper (but not significantly so), but overall extremely satisfied.

I bought an Enphase micro inverter system with QC 280W panels early October. The sales person (Daniel) is very enthusiastic, helpful and was upfront about the cost and quality of their products.
Sure they are not the cheapest in town, but from what I have seen, the quality of the installation and products justifies the cost.
The installers took their time and all was done in a very professional manner. You can see that the staff love their work an I never heard a swear word the whole 11/2 day. Reece you have a great team.
It is still early days but the system produces plenty of power. The big advantage is that thanks to the micro inverters we could split the panels into different directions. I can really recommend this company.

They had cheapest quote, were local & established company . Daniel answered our questions and met our needs. Excellent service completed in 1 day, and Reece fully explained the workings of the system. All workmen were pleasant. System now working well which has a good moitoring system. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Total Solar Solutions (TSSA) provided excellent service from the initial discussion with the sales rep through to installation of our solar power unit.
Following my initial research into both solar power and local installers (Melb), I obtained a number of quotes for a 5KW system.
I engaged TSSA to undertake the installation as I was impressed with Daniel’s (sales rep) knowledge, his patience in answering my questions and most importantly the quality of the system they recommended (LG panels & Fronius inverter).
On the day of the installation, Reece and his team worked tirelessly to install the system through inclement weather.
Though TSSA were not the cheapest, I was impressed with the quality of the system, their professionalism and commitment to having the system installed and up and running on the scheduled day.
Based on my experience, I would recommend TSL if you are considering the installation of solar power.

After doing our research and getting a few quotes, we had to go back to Total Solar for a number of reasons: Daniel was very patient with our queries and discussed every technical aspect in a way that anyone can easily understand not to mention that he was very passionate about what he was sharing with us (and he had all the data to back up his claims!). They carefully assess your needs and make their recommendation (not the cheapest but let’s just say it’s like paying for your peace of mind). We just bought a property in Kilsyth, we chose Total solar solutions because they had better quality products (LG panels, SMA inverter) than a lot of others on the market, which means better power savings & more reliability for us. They made it such an easy process, from an on site visit to arranging the pre approval & finalising all the paperwork on day of install & within 2 weeks we had our 8kw system on our garage roof. They were so friendly & reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have already got our 1st bill and can see the savings already. They told us when to use our power to save us even more.
